Fruit Drinks Recipes

Fruit Punch
Honey Dew Melon (1/3 allowance)
Mango (1/3 allowance)
Kiwi Fruit (1/3 allowance)
Apple
Orange or Lemon

250ml Diet Lemonade
250ml Diet Solo/Lift
250ml Diet Orange

Chop the fruit in small pieces and add to soft drink.
(Good for a party)

Kiwi & Mango Iceblocks or Punch
60grams kiwi fruit(1/2 fruit allowance)
75grams mango (1/2 fruit allowance)
diet sprite
plastic cups (or iceblock trays for the overachievers)

1.Blend the kiwi and mango together and make a puree.

2.Put 1.1/2 teaspoons of the puree into bottom of plastic cups then add sprite (the sprite will fizz everywhere if you add the mixture to the sprite) and stir, stick a spoon into cups and freeze and enjoy.
This will make a fair few iceblocks or instead of making a lot of iceblocks with the leftover puree you can make up a lovely punch doing the same thing but using more puree per 250mls of sprite.

Kiwi Fruit Shake
2 small kiwi friut,(allowance) 3 ice cubes 1/2can Diet lemon lift, yoghurt(allowance)
Blend together. Yummy!

Mango frappe
150g mango
full tray of ice
one glass of chilled water

Blend above ingredients until no chunks of ice left. Drink through straw and it really makes this piece of fruit go a long and delicious way.

Melon Poles
1)Popsicle moulds or cups& popsticks
2)Melon as per allowance
3)Sprite zero 1 cup

Blend all together and pour into moulds. Freeze
Enjoy!

Peach Shake
Plain lite yoghurt (per allowance)
1 soft peach
1 Sugarine Tablet
1/3 cup sprite zero
handful of ice cubes

Throw all together in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
